Professor Elizabeth Teisberg, Ph.D., serves Dell Medical School and McCombs School of Business as executive director of the Value Institute for Health and Care and is the Cullen Trust for Higher Education Distinguished University Chair in Value-Based Care. Co-creator of the concept of value-based health care delivery, Teisberg is best known for writing Redefining Health Care: Creating Value-Based Competition on Results, which she co-authored with Michael E. Porter.
Pieter de Bey, MSc, MBA

Pieter de Bey has been the Director of Santeon since December 2017, responsible for executing the organization’s strategy. Prior to Santeon, he worked as a Principal in the New York office of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was a core member of BCG's global Healthcare Practice Area. From 2012-2014, he was VP of Operations at the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM). Pieter received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with a focus on strategy, marketing, and analytical consulting. He obtained his MSc in Theoretical Physics from the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands.
Kenneth Forsstrøm Jensen, MSc

Kenneth Forsstrøm Jensen has been the Strategic Market Access Manager for Roche since 2016. He leads the company’s market access strategy and its drug pricing negotiation team. Kenneth has more than 15 years of experience in financial management for hospital systems and enabling collaboration between a variety of health care stakeholders. His expertise includes health economics, policy, negotiation, and precision medicine. He earned his MSc in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Southern Denmark.
